After August 31 view the Penalty Schedule to validate amount due

** ** NOTE: All site fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Minimum Site Fee: $2.50. Site fees are processed first regardless if your payment is declined or accepted.

Please do not pay Water or Utility bills here!. They will be returned, your bill will not be paid, however you will still be charged the processing fees!

Please be advised as of September 1st, all taxes must be paid in full.
Partial Payments will no longer be accepted.
Penalties are added the 1st day of each new month and are good through the last day of the month:
September 1 – 30 5% March 1 – 31 @ 11%
October 1 – 31 6% April 1 -30 @ 12%
November 1 – 30 7% May 1 – 31 @ 13%
December 1 – 31 8% June 1 – 30 @ 14%
January 1 – 31 9% July 1 – 31 @ 15%
February 1 – 28 10% August 1 – 31 @ 0%
